I listen for what is underneath the obvious. How you are thinking. What you believe. Where your awareness is. What the numbers are telling us, and where the gaps are between what you want and what you are actually creating.
Because growth does not get stuck in just one place.
My approach looks at the whole picture, connecting the person and the business to determine where the work needs to begin and what will create meaningful change.

Meet Kristen
Reinvention is my résumé.
For more than 25 years, I have built and grown businesses and developed the people who lead them. I owned and built the first Club Pilates franchise market outside California, led national and international teams as the brand’s Lead Master National Trainer, and helped create the education and models behind its international expansion. I have run national and international operations across fitness, risen to CEO and Market Leader of three Keller Williams offices, and co-founded Chief Collective, an executive coaching and business strategy firm.
I stepped into each role before the path was clear. Building it is what taught me how businesses grow, and what it asks of the people leading them.
Today I coach and consult with leaders and organizations across hospitality, franchising, automotive, fitness, retail, real estate and finance, among others. They have already proven what they are capable of. My work is helping them see what they have not yet imagined and building the path to reach it.
